New extension coming: Can I tap into my steam?

We're adding a 2 story addition, with a small crawl space underneath. How can I determine if I can tap into my existing one pipe system to heat the new first and second floors (one room per floor)? Also, are there other options to adding more cast iron radiators? Thanks!

yes and yes...
If your boiler is big enough you can either tapo into the steam side of things or you could do a hot water loop from the condensate...kpc
