Been away from the Wall awhile. I saw something today I thought was worth sharing. This is probably a $1 mil. home in the uppity section. We were upsizing the gas meter and couldnt help noticing the beautiful new landscape terracing. The customer looked in on us and we asked about the AC, he just said yeah guess we should pull some of the rocks back away from it. Didnt excavate to see but it I'm guessing it's at least 6" below grade now. Landcape guys got the money now and probly be summer before the AC folks get the call. Hee hee.

Saw something similar
at a house this summer. Two condensing units about 6" below grade. We had to disconnect them, move them and pads, shovel in customers dirt and reinstall all of it again. What a waste of my time and someones money. Yours is the worst I've seen.
