Odor from Radiator

A smell, perhaps musky and oil like comes from the radiator and heater pipes in my apt. I understand the boiler is new..and the guys even flushed out the water this weekend after I complained. Twice I think. But it still smells when a cycle begins. Steam heat. And I dont think they put chemicals in the boiler water at all.
So is it condensate smell then ? Is this harmful to breath in? What could be the source for these musky, almost oil like smells? Water in and of itself?

The new boiler could have cutting oils in it
The oil is still there when it it shipped. Do your radiators have air vents and have they been purged.
A thorough cleaning of the system when completed should fix this, but it depends on how well the air is purged out of the system as well.
