prayers

please say prayers for my friend and neighbor Bridget Dwyer, she had a brain tumor removed last week. Today we found out it is cancerous. Bridget is the most beautiful blonde you could ever lay eyes on. The kicker is she just turned 5. Please pray for her and her parents (Don & Lily)and curse the health insurance that won't pick up the whole bill but thats another story. thanks Dave Palmer

    ok

That's the sadest think I've heard this week and it's only Monday . Not looking good so far this week. Our prayers are with them. I can't stop thinking about that guy in Methuen last week. For those not from here , a guy was raking leaves in the yard with his daughter (10?) and her friend. The kids hid in a pile of leaves and he drove over it with his truck killing his daughter. How do you live with your child having cancer? Or killing your child in some horrible accident? Faith there's just no other way.
  • A wish of hope.

Cheryl and I are both touched by this unfortunate story.

    I hope she recuperates soon...

...one of my clients is a hospital with lots of children. It is truely amazing what they can do and how well kids bounce back from sicknesses like this one once it is in remission... I wish your neighbor well, may she beat the odds.

As for the insurance company, the "not-fully-covered" situation is a reality that more and more Americans are getting used to. I remain shocked to see where health care costs have gone in the last 5 years. My family plan has gone up 5x despite no major issues. Independently, my wife and I would now be paying the same amount each per month as what we paid together in France per year for equal insurance. Makes you wonder.

    Done

and Done again. Parents should not outlive their children.

My prayers to the man who ran over his daughter too.

We had to bury my 21 yr old sister in law, 13 year old nephew and almost lost MY 2 year old to a serious lung infection. Losing children HURTS!

    And to all how lose them and didn't post too. :-{

    Prayers

Bridget is now on my prayer list, and she will be added to the list in my Sunday School class this Sunday.

Cancer is not a respector of persons---regardless of their age. Her family needs our prayers as well.

    Please keep us posted.

    Our Prayers

    I am so sorry.

She will be in our prayers, and I will give my children an extra hug tonight.

Sometimes we need a wake up call to realize how fortunate we are for our children to have good health.

Our love and prayers to her

    Some of you may remember

when my daughter, Kelly, told about the little girl in Ireland who used to be in her class when she taught school there. The girl had cancer and was expected to die.

I learned yesterday that she has made a full recovery and ther cancer is gone.

    Hope and pray.

    My prayers too

This happened to my friend's 5 year old sister when I was 15. It is very sad and I've seen what it can do to a family. Best wishes to them from my family in PA.
