Basement slab

I am bidding on a radiant floor heating system for a basement finish. Concrete is already poured and am looking for advice. I have looked at Quik Trak panels but it is recommended to install plywood over concrete first and would be quite an expense, what about pex rails and Gypcrete? There will be tile over some of this basement and am concerned about insulating below, due to possible movement and flexing. What about these RauPanels? I don't have any info on them yet but it looks interesting.

roth panel probably would work best!
Look into the Roth PAnel System. Insulation and transfer panel all in one!!!
What will the final floor covering be?
I can e-mail you a PDF of the install manual if you want.
