Remote sensor for thermostat

I'm looking for a remote sensor and t'stat for a radiant zone in a bathroom where the owner doesn't want to see anything on the walls. We ran 18/2 from the vanity cabinet to a closet outside the bathroom, then back to an Argo control at the boiler. Any help would be grateful.
