    very nice....

did you use non-barrier tubing on the storage facility? How much did that save on the project considering all you components are stainless or brass? Nice view of the water...IS that Ranier in the backround? kpc

    Tubing

    Thanks,

It saved about $5000.00 on the tubing, the pumps ran about $1400.00 and the extra cost of the boiler(over a cast iron) was about $1000.00 it does make sense on a job with large amounts of tubing.
The picture is looking west toward the San Jaun islands north of Seattle.

    Nice install.

    Two questions.

    1)Do you use all Propress?
2)What brand boiler is that? Hydrotherm?

    Auto air vents

I set up my systems so you can shut off the main boiler piping for service or repair and have little or no manual air bleeding when filling the boiler piping back up, it is a real pain draging a hose around to all the manifolds in a large house if you push a bunch of air into the system. just turn on the fill and it bleeds itself I have been piping my systems like this for the last eleven years with no problems,it saves time and money, why what are your concerns?

WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE TO BE WORKING!

Sorry for the caps. Good guess anyway. I only missed by 15 miles or so.

I'm sure we have spoken about the area before. I would hope everyone here will get the chance to see this area at least once in their lifetime. Anacortes is but the stepping stone to the most beautiful place I've ever visited. The San Juans are about the closest thing there is to "Heaven on Earth", unless you need something right away. If it has to be done yesterday, forgetaboutit. This is one of the only places in the states that works on "Island time". Things go slow but the people are sharp. They also know and understand the time it takes for stuff to happen. Wish all of my customers were that laid back!

S.Davis, the jobs look great. I thought about moving out that way a few times in the last 10 years but have found what I consider the finest working environment for now ...at this time. Gods country indeed. You are lucky to watch the sun go down over the horizon every night. I'm blessed with just the opposite....I get to watch the sun RISE over the water and begin a brand new day.
Keep up the great work. The people I've met out that way expect the best, and you are providing those that know, with just that. Chris

    Thanks

Thanks I appreaciate the kind words, I just try to give my customers a job that I would accept in my own home or business, It is never perfect but I try to get as close as possible.
