It takes 4 weeks to ship out a product from the factory ? That's what I was told it was going to take to get a set-point 2-way mixing valve. I just can't understand why. Sounds like inefficiency.

    I know, but...

    I ordered it 10/19 on a 2 week promise, now they tell me 4. I'd cancel it tomorrow if I was sure I'd get something comparable much sooner.
