We have a customer looking to add a little floor warming to the tile areas of his house. the max BTU/HR needed will most likely be around the 40,000 range(just a quess for now.) What types of tankless have you guys had good luck with??

Poor Application
Tankless water heaters are ONLY water heaters. Especially in the lower output ranges they are near useless for radiant floor applications. By design the tankless requires high temperature rises on small volumes of water while the rsdiant panel requires small rises in higher volumes. For your +/- 40M design load you should be looking at a 12KW boiler. If electric is your passion there are several great products out there to choose from. Enjoy....Dan
