Well duhhhhh!!!!!!
If I would have opened my eyes, I would have seen that in your original post!!!!!!
Very nice website - easy to navigate.

If there is one thing I would change...
...it's the Favicon.ico file. This file is the little icon one sees in the URL bar next to the web-site address. IMHO, the present favicon file looks a lot like a nuclear radiation warning sticker.
Otherwise, it's a fine site, responsive with high-speed internet, and not too flash heavy. I like the simple menu structure that is easy to navigate and the understated appearance in general.0 -
GB142 Series inquiries...
Is the prefab water components manifold an option or standard equipment supplied with the boiler? Which model Grundfoss pump is on it? Any heat exchanger pressure drop data available on the 4 models? Thanks - product looks impressive!0 -

New Buderus Website
I'll be a bit more critical than the others. What I wanted to see was the GB142. When I look at the "Detailed Description", it is not detailed at all. There are no dimensions and very few specifics; it doesn't even mention that it modulates. It's far too sparse on details. The sales brochure link has more details than the detailed description. People are more likely to check the "details" for details than the brochure. Also, why put in a link about "Performance & Pricing" when there is no intention of showing pricing. If a potential buyer thinks that they can click there and see pricing then they will be disappointed. It might be best to just have a general provision somewhere on the first products page that for pricing they should contact their local distributor. Also, under performance there should be more information there, especially including modulation ranges.
I'll also second Constantine about the nuke icon not being the best choice.0 -

I used it yesterday and was very impressed . I meant to make a favorable comment here but things got busy.
Very comprehensive and easy to use. I like the no password approach.
When will you update the oil burner specs or are they current now?
Regards
Robert

Why do you list only wholesalers when using the "where to buy feature"? Why not list contractors as well? I feel most consumers want to know where to buy an installed system, not a bunch of parts from a supply house!

Good question...
If I catch one of your wholesalers (GTS) selling boilers to my customers, I'll be finding a new wholesaler, and possibly a new boiler line. Why aren't the "dealers" shown? Also, you need to check up on the current addresses. 3 of the ones shown for Denver are wrong, and the miles are WAY out in left field. Some of them are IN Denver, and your miles say they are 30 some miles EAST of Denver. Sorry about the criticality, its just that I feel we are paying for it, in a way... Right??

Selling of product
Buderus sells to wholesalers only. It is the wholesalers responsibility as to whom they sell to. We encourge them to sell to contractors only. Unfortunately, as we all know, some distributors will sell to anyone.
Buderus will continue to support wholesale distribution.0 -
GB142 questions
We will be posting more info on this model in the near future. The piping manifold comes with the boiler. Please be patient on our website progress. This is a tough time of the year to devote time to the site.0 -
Thanks, Dave...
for the reply - but is there some other way to get more info, such as an Instruction Manual download somewhere?0 -
instruction manual for GB142
This manual is also in progress. We dont want to release it until it is finished. Right now only a rough draft is available and that will only cause more questions. I will notify everyone when the final draft is available.0
