honeywell pressurtrol switch ?

in THE MAIN WALL
The swith reads "cut-in equells cut-out plus differenceial
Does any one know how to properly set these?
Its a one pipe steam sys. by gas and it's going to the 3rd floor unit in a house. Does that little dial wheel need to be set on a number?

Plus I had a steam radiator blow out a tremendes amount of water in streem that landed across the room out of the steam vent? the radiator gurgals too and takes a very long time to get hot.
