I,m a HVAC contractor hired to install a Hydro-air zone into a new addition off of an existing kitchen.My load is close to 40K BTU/h needed.The only heat plant is a steam boiler,capacity not sure.Can a loop of hot water be used from this boiler for the new Hydro-air fan coil unit effectively?0 -

I wouldn't use a heat exchanger, though. I'd do it like this.
