I have installed on my radiant floor system a TruFlow manifold system. I have purchased the Four-wire motorized valve actuators for my zones.
The problem I am having is trying to install the actuator on the brass threads. The pin on the manifold does not seem to push down far enough for the actuator to reach the threads.
I have used brass manifolds with no problems. Is there a trick to install the actuators on the TruFlow manifolds?

    Are they powered or in the call for heat position?
