This message is a thanks note for the persons who helped me fix the problem with the 1,000,000 Btu/hr H.B. Smith boiler.At the start the burner was making a noise similar to a small explosion.
The problem was caused by the fact that the third burner which was the next close to the pilot was almost 1 inch out of allignment with the burner having the pilot.
We realligned the burner and now the noise is almost close to normal.
