Which TRV would you recommmend, for a Single Pipe Steam System in a large one family house. Manufacturers and where would be the best place to buy it, on the Internet or in the NY Metro area?

I've always wondered how there things work if the sensor is right next to the radiator. How can it possibly be accurate?
