Baxi performance

This past summer, I installed a baxi 310 in a 4 unit building. What can I do as landlord, or what should I look at, to make sure it is running as best as possible. Are there any software programs out there?

Let me clear this a little, after reading the resets and setbacks. Each apartment has the honeywell prog tstats, outdoor reset is hooked to the baxi, and there is no tekmar(I did buy one), but the tech said I don't need it due to the baxi having its own controls. There is no in-direct either. Should I remove the outdoor reset?0 -
Jeff,
There is no software that I am aware of. Because the Baxi has a modulating gas valve, the computer on board keeps it running at peak performance. I would not remove the outdoor reset as this adds to the efficiency of the unit. It helps to insure the Baxi is at it's peak perormance.
Good choice in equipment, these boilers are a superior product due to all of it's abilities and on board computer.0
