Pantry Radiator

Anyone have a burning need for one?

U. S. Capitol, 3-tier, 23 sq.ft. EDR. 24¼" long, 13¼" wide, 27" high. Configured for hot water. Original (but quite faded) gold bronzing.

Up for auction at a local architectural salvage place going out of business. Presume it won't go for too much. GUESSING at crating/shipping $100-$200 depending on distance from Cape Girardeau, MO 63701. Weight unknown, but likely around 200#.

Let me know ASAP if you're interested and how much you're willing to pay (not including shipping).

    Not a Dining Room Rad

I'd be snapping that up for myself ;)

Pantry rads are the shelf-like ones. Would honestly make a great bulk towel warmer. Seems identical to this little scan.

Have looked and looked and looked and can't find a place for it in my house. Believe it came from the barber shop in a local old downtown hotel.

    Still interested...

any way of knowing if it is still water tight? Connections up the legs? Define "not too much" in $$'s :)

LOTS of stuff being auctioned in multiple buildings/locations--will probably last all day. Have no idea when they'll make it to the building with that rad. Will try to be there.

It's NOT a U.S. Capitol. Even though dimensions are very similar the shelf surfaces aren't the same. Factory plugs have some letters? stylized into a crown of some sort. Really can't make out the letters, so unsure of the maker. I can lift pretty easily so weight is likely more in the line of 125# or so. Utterly zero evidence of leakage.

I would be interested in the radiator depending on what it goes for.
