Bosch direct fire water heater

Has anybody installed any of these yet, and how well do they
work. They only run when you turn hot water on, and they
claim to provide unlimited hot water to one faucet, not
a shower and a washing machine at the same time. Thanks in

Have Not installed the Bosch But have installed similar units. True there heat load capacity is limited to one fixture however there are larger capacity units available, a little pricey and hard to retrofit flue pipe considering most of the larger units I have seen require atleast a 7 inch flue pipe .Also one last consideration is to install some type of water treatment system on supply piping to unit these units are prone to water ways plugging due to calcifacation of waterfrom flash heating.These larger units have the capacity to serve more than one fixture at a time.
