Ridgid / Viega Propress
Hi,
Ridge tool has marketed "propress" fittings quite a while. Viega is the manufacturer of the fittings. Try a local supply house to get the price of the tool and fittings. The tools can be pricey but the labor savings are HUGE.

Better yet...
Victaulic was showing a fitting at ISH that doesn't require a tool. It's a stab/lock type of fitting that also depends on a O ring for its seal. Once on, it CAN'T be removed, but can't still be turned to fine tune to angles. Not sure when they plan on unveiling it, but it looked like it might be worth the wait.
