which brand panel rads

My installer is checking on prices for a few panel rads to be installed on our system. I have asked for Budreus from what I have read here on this site. He is checking on Myson & Budreus for cost. Any comments, opinions, one way or another??

...panel rads. They are very well made as far as I can tell, and the price seems right.

  • Thank you all for your replies. From what I read here Buderus is the Panel rad to look into. I read this site with great interest thanks to all the contributers. It's a great education, for a good hydronic's guy is few and far apart in this area of scorched air. Thank you all again!

    I like

Buderus too and have used a lot of them. Lately though we have been selling a lot of Radson from Hydronic Alternatives in Springfield,MA. I like the fact that they use standard TRV's and also like the mounting bracket assembly. Reasonably priced and they pound out the heat size for size better than most. Give Paul Ross a call at 413-543-8733 and see if they can hook you up with someone who sells them in your area. Nice product.
If you're looking for something a little more designer style, they also sell Vasco which is a very broad line stylewise. Some of them get pretty pricey but they are definitely top drawer qualitywise. Lot's of styles.
