Whoosh sound when pump stops

I installed my system this summer and it has worked fine. I have a main loop that feeds some pex and a second loop that feeds a Mega Stor Indirect water tank. The main pump and a separate pump both run to make DHW. The grey pump is the main pump and the green Taco is the DHW pump. I can't tell which is making the noise But, I know it only does this when the DHW pump is shutting down. I did some leak repairs last weekend and I thought I bled the system well enough I thought). I do have a Taco air scoop. Could I still have air in the system? I am enclosing a pic so you can see my system. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
Thanks for a very informative forum!

well, maybe a guy would wonder about a check valve or two
as a thought food.0 -
Whoosh
There are two check valves not evident in the picture. One specifically for the DHW loop on the return to the boiler. The other is on the return to the boiler from the primary loop.0
