Honeywell Aquastat With Air Handler

hi I just had a buderus g115 28 with lt160 and r2109 controller and 1 zone air handler

what id like to do is have my boiler come on when it calls for heat but id like to have my air handler turn on when the water is 130deg and shut burner off when it is 180

but I don't want my burner to come back on unless there is still a call for heat and the water temp falls below 130

if my call for heat is satisfied then id like to keep the blower in the air handler on till the temp falls below 130

this way I used all the heat the boiler made for me to heat my house what should I get or can this be done
