Standing CI Baseboard / New boiler

When changing out old boilers with new boilers with less water content, during fall and spring the flywheel effect seems to be more noticable. The first couple of rooms satisfy the t-stat and then the boiler shuts down. This house is piped with a 2-pipe system and not in series. What have you done when installing the new efficient boilers? This happens to be a gas one with EI and vent damper. Thanks, Abe
