cfm problem

my installer installed a new 2ton air handler and there is not allot of cfm at all coming out of the back room registers.
do I need to get a 2/1/2 ton to up the cfm. also how do I measure the right cfm I need for each room
we installed a buderus boiler and a 2ton air handler in place of my 85000, btu forced air furnace and my F.A had more cfm coming from the registers

are you measuring the force of the air or the temp of the air?How big is the room? What size are the suppley and return registers?0
