Residential And Commercial Burnham gas fired boiler, power vented, model # IN, serial # 6. Was istalled to service an area of 4800 sq. ft., used less than a year, worked perfect, decided to condo into 5 units and install separate systems. Used for steam radiators system. Also, can be converted to service forced hot water baseboards heat.Standing hot water tank, 75 gallons also available.
