Also can anyone please give me a suppliers details for a small payout reel that folds up, I'm sure it was also posted here.

Sorry Carl, I'm Scottish, the only 'lazy-susan' I know sat up the back of my class in School and picked her nose, but many of my class mates said she did 'a turn' behind the bike sheds, so maybe we are talking about the same thing?

This is the same kind of bearing that's used in the base of a swivel recliner, if you have one of those available.
