In floor with domestic hot water

Is there an easy way to set up in floor headers to get the air easily? Also when the in floor pumps are running from a call for heat, should the main pump always be running with them?

    Is there an easy way to set up in floor headers to get the air easily? Also when the in floor pumps are running from a call for heat, should the main pump always be running with them? I am using a 4 way mixing valve for the in floor that has its own outdoor reset curve.
