Zooning more than one loop off the condensate of a steam boiler

Hello,
I have a steam boiler that I have already installed one loop of base board, can you tell me if it is possable to install another loop with zone valves, or should I just use an indirect water heater. If it can be done is their any place I can find a drawing of it.
