Pex on top of plywood subfloor.

What is the best way to attach pex tubing on top of plywood subfloor before pouring concrete over? I'm considering one-hole EMT clips or Wirsbo nail-on tube talons or staples. Any suggestions?

    I'm doing this right now...

...and I'm using Vanguard 1/2" (size depends on tubing) economy clamps (I think the stock # is CLE3). They work great are low profile, and I just screw them in with 1 5/8" coarse drywall screws. I got them online from a place called "mvsupply.biz." A bag of 100 is about $14. If you spend $100 or more at their site the shipping is free. My mistake was that I ordered only 5 bags when I bought my tubing (over $100), but ran out because I wasn't spacing them far enough apart (should be every 2-3 ft). Then I had to order a couple more bags and pay for shipping. Oh well. I couldn't find them anywhere else.

What type of pour are you doing? We're doing a portland cement based mixture (as opposed to gypcrete), and also stapled down 6-mil. poly before we installed the tubing. It's some work, but will help cut down on the cracking due to settling/bonding. Also, planning on a 1.5" pour. I'd like to hear what height others use.
    Good luck,
    Dun
