I Like it. How ever if you want it to go you will have to turn
the little yellow handel on the 1&1/4 black iron pipe *~/:)0 -
A nice neat job
You have a good eye for keeping everything plumb and nice looking. With practice you can only get better. The only suggestions I would make is to maybe use some Webstone circulator flanges Or B&G, so you can change the circulator down the road without draining the system, and get up to speed on circulator location. You may not have any trouble putting it on the return, but why tempt fate. A re-pipe is always expensive if you do have problems and putting the circ pumping away from the expansion tank leaves no possibility of air problems. As Danny H always says, "buy a book" (Pumping away.) check in the book store section of this site. WW

i know
i was actually waiting for the boiler to be wired to turn the gas cock on and fire it up.. i do have a compulsiveness with being plumb and also having the printing on the pipe facing out!!!0 -
Right on WW!!
He is pumping toward the point of no pressure change in stead of pumping away.
The automatic feed may be increasing the pressure in the system when the pump starts. It should be teed in above extrol.

l.w. cutoff
got a feeling your low water cut off could possibly not be in the most ideal spot.some unauthorized personnel shuts the ball valve and a low water condition arises .........0
