Push Nipples..

Member Posts: 20
I am currently installing a Viessmann Rondamat 320 boiler. I'm having some trouble with the push nipples. They seem to leak after installing the sections with the large ratcheting tool that viessman provides. I've looked down the feed and return passage ways and the push nipples are aligned without being cocked or "miss" aligned. I have also stood on the ratcheting tool that pulls the sections together evenly. But still small leaks at pressure testing. Any ideas on what may be causing these leaks. The sections have a 1/16th of an inch gap or less between them. The nipples and sections seem free of defect???
