Brackets for wall mounted radiator

I'm renovating a 1920's era apartment building in Oakland CA. The radiators have no feet and are hung with brackets from the baseboard. When the screws holding the brackets pulled out of the wood, bricks or lumber were stuffed under the radiators and the brackets were tossed.

Any leads for finding replacements?
