Okay,i have two dry return, above the water line the vents are Durst Corp.A883 3/4x1/2 straight steam vents. There are also two main lines that run off a 4" main an the reduce to 1 1/2 pipe both pipes have tee's;now the one that gets hot has a plug in the tee,the one that dosen't get hot,has the same kind of vent as the returns, but it stops heating in the four inch pipes, heats not making it to the reducer which is past the riser on the on the way to the H.Loop.So this makes 3 linse vented before the water level,an one pluged above the wt line.Pressuretrol is set to 3/4 in cut diff is about 1 7/8.How is this a vapor system,if the vapor parts are removed ?

Those vents are way too small
How long are the steam mains, and what pipe size (if more than one I need to know how much of each) is used in each one? With this info I can tell you what you need.
"Vapor" refers to the very low pressure these systems run at. This is a function of pipe sizing, so you still have a Vapor system.

Vaporstat
can be ordered from any Honeywell supplier. Get the one that cannot be set higher than 1 pound.
