Trusty and reliable Tech in Toronto area?

in THE MAIN WALL
I had a company install a new addition in the basement to my old water rad system. I need someone to take a look at it and correct the mistakes I THINK they made. Mainly, I think the pump is in the wrong place because the water in the new system is significanlty colder than upstairs. (the whole system has 1 pump and 1 thermostat)

I don't want them to do it because I need a second opinion. I know I should've done that before the installation...too late now.

Can anyone recommend a company or a tech in the Toronto, Ontario area?
