?odd zone valve?

I ran into an odd heating zone valve and am looking for anyone else who has encountered this style. At another website, I had 1 person who responded and called them "Auto Mags" They have a 24 DC coil on top. When the coil is energized, it closes the plunger on the valve through electromagnticity. Anyone else ever encounter one of these critters? I'll attempt to throw on a pic.In advance, thank you for your help.

Auto Mag
Yes that's and auto mag, Jessup Pa. A normally open valve that uses a DC coil, 24 volts AC through a Diode to get a sort of DC. Very simple system. Original ones used a 3 pole stat that opened one contact on temp rise allowing the valve to open while closing the other contact to TT on the oil primary. If automag would have been better at marketing they would have alot more market share, sort of like Groten (sp?) in the steam vent side.
