control options for munchkin

I'm looking for options on controling a munchkin. The design criteria consists of constant circulation with reset. I could use vision 1 with a remote bulb thermostat controlling the primary pump for wwsd. Is this a practical solution? What other options are there? I've thought about tekmar but with the vision 1 tekmar would be a misuse of resources.
