Radiator leak

I have a hot water boiler at my church and I have a leak in one of the radiators. I have a backround in res and comm hvac but limited in anything beyond the boiler itself (got that out of the way). The leak is where two seperate radiators meet this is not a sweat fitting but looks like a sleeve with the outer part of the sleeve having like a crimp sortof. Any help on how to repair this would help or any web site that explains this sort of connection. Thanks in advance.
