Steam Boiler Boil Out

I have a number of Steam Boilers that require cleaning - I am looking for a product that has no more than a 7 pH and can be wasted to drain. Current boil out products researched (potassium Hydroxide)are @ 12pH and will require treatment prior to sending to drain. Have heard of laundry detergent being used as a cleaning agent?
