Cleaning copper fin tube

I am cleaning up an indirect DHW tank for reuse. The heating coil is copper fin tube and has corrosion products adhered to it. A power washer is ineffective in cleaning the "green gunge" off the fin tube. Any thoughts?

Try your local radiator repair shop. Have had many copper coils cleaned that way, and they cna test it for leaks too.
