Most Efficient Way To Heat With SPS

This website looks to be one I am going to be frequenting now that I am a homeowner of a 1930's house with Single Pipe Steam heat.
So here's my first question: I have always lived in places with forced air. That being the case, my wife and I typically turn the heat down/off when we leave for work and back on when we get home. Is this the right way to attack energy bills with SPS radiators? I would think it might be more efficient to pick a temperature range and stay there (Say 66°-68°) to keep the system warm? Is this true?
Once I figure this out (or more correctly once I am told what to do), then the real questions will come (like the radiator vent in the dining room that does one heck of an impression of a tea kettle.) I want to do a little more homework on the site before I pester people with those though. Thanks in advance for the help.
This is a one heck a website.

sps steam
Generally speaking, in an older system, any temperature set back more than 5-7 degrees is not cost efficient. sounds like you need a vent or two, and it you gain you the most by having a qualified steam pro check out your system.
