    Burnham LE

doesn't offer a Riello option, Beckett AF only. While not all models are offered in a DV model, most of the small high efficeny models are: Buderus G115, Crown Freeport, Laars DMAX, Columbia LV, and many others. All makers offer a DV oil fired balanced flue model. As long as you have very good window/door clearances and no issues with high wind pressure areas like inside corners of a building, the only issue might be staining of some sidewalls.

    Mainly because until

we get low sulfur fuel the problems and service costs outweigh the fuel savings, JMO!

    Most install instructions

say 4 ft from any door, window, inside corner or other air intake and none directly above the vent. One to 2 feet from the soffit. Also 7ft above if directly under a walkway and 1 ft to 18" above the snow line.
