Type in Carbon Monoxide and watch what happens.
I had twenty hits when I got back from ISH.
In Colorado Springs an 85 year old man was killed by CO when he forgot to turn his vehicle off in his garage. At 8:30pm the night he died, he called his dauhter and told her he didn't feel well, but decided not to go to the hospital and asked her to check in on him in the morning. She found him dead. The daughter and an in-home nurse were also overcome by CO while waiting for the first responders, and as the first responders were taking care of the women, they too were poisoned. In all, nine people were sent to the hospital for CO poisoning, and it wasn't until a fireman tested with a CO monitor that the poison was discovered.
BUT WAIT!!!!!!! It get's weirder!
A woman that had been inside the home but left, was found passed out in her car at the grocery store! It took a while, but the CO got her too. She is being treated.
According to the news account, "some of the people who went to the hospital were being treated in a hyperbaric chamber..."

Forgot to mention
The man that was killed was the father-in-law of U.S. Attorney John Suthers.
It was Mr. Suthers' wife that was also posoned at her father's home.
Here's the link.

Can't be too careful. A CO detector is a must. They're cheap too.0 -
Ken
Cheap doesn't work -- get a good CO detector that isn't store-bought. CO Experts makes a good one that alarms at very low PPM.
Speaking of CO, two women in the Boston area were overcome last week, same time as ISH. One had forgot to turn off her car in the attached garage. Duh.0 -
