Flow check or Spring check

in THE MAIN WALL
Just a quickie, On returns heading towards a low loss header,
what would be the preferred check valve a sping or flow type check
valve. I will be installing flow check equiped pumps . Thanks in
advance.

    check valves

    Viessmann specs out checks on the return legs , Just wondering
    if a spring checks Cv will pose a problem?
