Vaporstat & Pressure Gauge Question

Boiler is Crown JBF52 150 Kbtu gas steam, all rads hot before any deflection on stock 30 PSI gauge. Existing PA404A ptrol won't cut out at <5 PSI at min. setting so it's got to go. Should I use a 16 oz/in or 4 PSI max pressure vaporstat and a 20 Oz/in or 5 PSI gauge? I was leaning toward the 16 oz vstat and 20 oz gauge. Also, recommendations for intital settings? Thanks!
