Dunham-Bush Metro System

Hi. I am currently working with a facility that has a Dunham-Bush Vari-Vac Metro System for the heat distribution. Needless to say the system is not working well. I have experience with normal DB Vari-vac systems, but not with the Metro system.
I know the basics of how this system operates. I am trying to find out if anyone is aware of reference sources on this type of system. Either general tech info or something on troubleshooting/repairing/fine tuning would be very welcome.
Also, is there anyone out there who has experience with these Metro systems.
Thanks,
Fred
