Heat Loss software

I'm wondering which calculation software is out there that's worth considering using and doesn't over-estimate heat loss. I just have not had the time to sit down and do comparisons with some of the newer versions of software on the market.

I've been using HVACalc for a couple years and think it's ok and like it for its ease of use (maybe I'm just used to it by now), and that it's fairly simple to make adjustments when a homeowner tells me about any renovations they are planning in the next couple of years and how that changes the results.

Any thoughts on other software packages worth considering are welcome.

I used Slant-Fin's software and it was fairly straight forward and easy to use. You can download it on their web site.

We use WrightSoft's suite and are very happy with it.

Wright Soft also and Once I learned it its fun to do a heat load. Just draw the bluepring of the house and the heat load is done while you are drawing. WW
