Outdoor oil tanks

When installing an outdoor above ground 275 oil tank, is there a difference between that and an indoor tank in terms of UL approval ratings? Are there tanks specific to outdoor use? Is there indoor as opposed to outdoor tanks and if so what is the difference.

    there is a difference

    The price you pay for k1 compared to #2 oil. k1 is for out doors unless the tanks is well insulated.
