hot dwnstrs, cold upstrs

2 different thermostats, 1 - controls all downstairs and one upstairs bdrm. The other controls upstairs hallway, and other bdrooms. You can hear the water flowing upstairs but there is no heat. New thermostat installed. we have hot water baseboard heating system. help

Airbound? Sure sounds like it. Maybe you need to do something as simple as purge the zone giving you trouble0 -
2 zone trouble
Everything fine downstairs but upstairs turn my thermostat on and pump runs but boiler does not kick on, NO HEAT....The box that the stat is wired into has a red light on it which say's it is calling for heat but furnace will not fire can anyone help me with this?0 -

I don't see how anyone can help you with this at a distance. Your boiler seems to be fine since the other thermostat causes it to work. You'll have to check the wiring and see. It could be a loose wire, it could be a bad relay, a bad circuit board in th relay box...you'll have to have some experience at diagnosing electrical problems.
