Hydronic panel radiators

Does anyone have euro-style panel heaters mounted high on the wall?

converted a two-story electric house to hydronic-oil fired furnace (Energy Kinetics rules!!!). baseboards in the basement and 1st floor. used attic mounted air handler for hydrocoil-forced air application upstairs.

would have LOVED to do baseboards (retrofit nightmare) upstairs too. I can't stand the noise of the the air handler. heat should be felt, not heard!

Does anyone have euro-style panel heaters mounted high on the wall? Do you get adequate heat at the floor?
Thanks.

    rads still work on convection

So you'd heat the air at the ceiling very well. How about those wall panel rads from runtal (runtalnorthamerica.com) that I assume you could pipe down from the ceiling. They make them up to 29ft tall! Probably high priced but I bet they do the job.

    Panel Rads

Designed to work as radiant panels and convectors. Mounting them real high on the wall will not be the best application. You will experience stratification in the room. Temps at the ceiling will be alot highed than the floor.
