Just came from an hydronics troubleshooting seminar and the instructor was giving the wrong information about several different topics. I knew better but didn't make a big deal because I brought 7 of my employees with me and wanted the class, which was moving very slowly, to continue.

Besides, everyone hates a know-it-all. Which I clearly am.

I may speak to someone at the company's office when I get a chance.

Think it matters what type of appliace you have, if you are checking the draft on the chimney. then you test at the chimney. I.E. above the hood.

Don't bother!

If his sales are up that's all that counts, it's not education, it's a sales pitch, it's the great American way!

Education is truly expensive, ignorance and bad information is priceless.
